Madhupur Upazila Disabled Peoples Development Council is an Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) working in the Tangail district of Bangladesh. The organization was established on 24-04-2004 and started involving 507 persons with disabilities with support from CRP and the Manusher Jonno Foundation. Now, the organization has a total of 5,000 members, 3,000 males and 2,000 women. The organization implements its activities, ensuring equal participation of men and women with disabilities.

According to the organization's bylaws, the General Committee has seven members, and the Executive Committee has three. The staff and volunteers implement the organizational activities following the directives of the General Secretary/ Executive Director. Through the direct involvement of men and women with disabilities, the organization is working to promote the rights of persons with disabilities and improve their lives with support from government and non-government organizations.

Besides, the organization strives to partner with mainstreaming organizations for Disability Inclusion in their programs by ensuring the active and meaningful participation of persons with disabilities and providing capacity-building and technical assistance.

Madhupur Upazila Disabled Peoples Development Council is working in Bangladesh in Tangail district. It is working in the 14 Unions of under Dhanbari and Madhupur sub-district (upazila) of Tangail.
